Supporting Resident Doctors: new role
We are pleased to announce a new opportunity for the role of Associate Dean for Resident Doctor Support.
This post reflects our continued commitment to improving the training experience and wellbeing of Resident Doctors across the UK.
The successful applicant will lead the strategic direction of the Resident Doctor Support Committee and play a vital role in shaping initiatives that address differential attainment; One such example being to support International Medical Graduates, and embed the principles of equality, equity, diversity and inclusion throughout our work.
This is a meaningful leadership position for someone passionate about championing the needs of our resident doctors and driving forward a culture of support, collaboration and excellence in psychiatric training.
